A MULTI-CAMERA STUDIO FOR 'LIVE' OTT BROADCASTS
A multi camera facility capable of broadcasting ‘live. Slime Studio is occasionally used as a classroom to teach TV Production and also to Produce Shows for Kid Next Door Productions and T.H.E. Television.​
KIDS LEARN BY DOING
In this studio students will learn how to work cameras, do lighting, sound, etc. on our Production Course.
Attention is paid to proper cinematography, lighting and sound to present those in front of the camera in the best possible light.

OTTAWA KIDS SAVE NICKELODEON

In the early days of Nickelodeon, when the Network was about to go bust they turned to some kids from Ottawa whose irreverently funny TV show You Can't Do That On Television moved Nickelodeon in the U.S. from 2.6 million subscribers to 22.3 million in only a few short months, so saving Nickelodeon and allowing it to grow into the world wide media giant it is today.
OTTAWA KIDS START THEIR OWN TV CHANNEL.
Comedy, Drama and Pop Music will be the staple of a new internet TV channel dedicated to being "On the side of the child" and with a lot of the work behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera being done by kids.

LOCATION SHOOTING
Location filming uses many different techniques closer in many ways to making a movie than an old style TV show.

The cameras used for location filming are Sony Professional cameras producing 4K video which meets even the exacting standards required for broadcast by the BBC.
