From members of the team that brought you ‘You Can’t Do That On Television’ kids learn not just acting and performing, but producing, directing, writing and editing – everything that goes into creating a first-rate television show. And there’s more. Your child will learn how to be a Radio DJ, or a Reporter and parents and children can learn the essentials of on-camera Makeup. There are even Winter Break programs available.
Using methods for working with child stars best described as ‘Being on the side of the child” developed by Roger Price, creator of the Nickelodeon hit ‘You Can’t Do That On Television’, the Kid Acting, Music, Production (KAMP) School team challenge your child as they are trained to a high professional standard. Kids will learn through doing. They’ll be able to host radio shows, make TV shows for the web, film comedy, drama and music videos and most of all have fun. And yes, there are classes in making SLIME.

KAMP Courses start with The Basics’. Your child will learn how to think on their feet in comedy sketches and find out what goes on behind the camera in a production. Intermediate classes will focus on learning lines, taking cues and more involved camera and production work. Kids need to take The Basics and Intermediate classes before moving to The Advanced course.
